Frequently Asked Questions

How can I place an order?

To order ballons or for a free design quote, call/text or email us. You can also privately message us on Facebook!

Can I use pictures I found online or on Pinterest when ordering my balloon decorations?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to check out the designs that inspire you for your event and will work dilegently with you through the designing process to get as close as possible. However, keep in mind that many of the pictures found on Google or Pinterest are done in a climate-controlled studio setting with lots of special effects; so, depending on the level of complexity, budget, and/or venue, result may vary.

What happens if the balloons pop during the event?

Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes. Inadequate or drastic changes in climate can cause balloons to expand, sag, or pop. To prevent this we suggest you remain aware of venue teperatures and keep it on the cooler side. If the event is outside we suggest sticking to lighter colors that do not absorb as much heat as darker hues. Also, keep an eye out for items (or curious hands) excessively coming into contact with the display. If a balloons is to pop, we will not be able to return to fix it. Instead, we will leave behind a few extra filler balloons and show you how to carefully attach them to the display if needed.

Do you donate to local charities?

Yes! We love working with our community and giving back through our balloon displays. We have worked with schools and churches to bring a little extra special touch to their events such as fundraisers, dances, and festivals! Send us your information and we can discuss availability and design options.

What is a "striking fee?"

The striking fee refers to the break-down and clean up of the displays, after the event. The date and time of our return will be determined beforehand at the customer's convenience and shall not exceed 48 hours post-event. If you wish to purchase a display with a disposable base/stand, please let us know. Depending on the size and location of your balloons, we may or may not be able to accomodate. If you choose this option, please note: Clean up and proper disposal of all provided decor will be your sole responsibility. Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium-filled foil balloons outdoors or use near overhead powerlines. They are non-biodegradable and therefore should be disposed of carefully with general houshold waste. Latex balloon warning! Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Discard any broken balloons at once.
